But our recipe manages to combine nutrient-rich mushrooms, artichokes, spinach and cheese with low fat to create a pan full of pasta and steaming for 10 grams. Instead of cream, use skim milk, flour and a pinch of nutmeg to make a low-cal sauce with a sweet and touching.
